Swimmer Registration Fees:

Full Fee Registration

$225/Swimmer 

$150 (Developmental Group)

April 7 -May 23 2025

Multi Swimmer Discount (2+ swimmers in same active household)

Team Fees:

BILLED TO ALL ACTIVE SWIMMERS/HOUSEHOLDS MAY 1 205 

PAYMENTS TO BE PROCESSED PRIOR TO FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE 5/19/2025

$25/Swimmer SGCC Activity Fee

$75/Household Boosters Fee

$350 Parent Volunteer Fee for any household that doesn't fufill required shifts (end of season fee)

Billing Policies

All active households are required to provide a form of payment (ACH/Debit/Credit Card) to complete registration

Form of payment on file to be used for Registration Fees, Team Fees

Form of payment on file will be used to process any Parent Volunteer Fees (see parent volunteer requirements for the season)

Households will recieve notification of fees added to account a minimum of 15 days prior to payment being processed

Credit Card Processing Fees will be added to each transaction 2.95%+.30/transation

Refund Policies

If a swimmer chooses to withdraw from the team, household must complete

Swimmer Registration Fee Refund Request Form

Refund Requests received prior to the first day of practice will be refunded in full

Refund Requests recieved prior to the first swim meet will be refunded 50%

Refund Requests received after the first meet of the season are not eligible for registration fee refund

Swimmers who are suspended or removed from the team for violation of Code of Conduct are not eligible for registration fee refund

Team Fees (SGCC Activity Fee, GATORS Booster Fee) once paid are non refundable
